This is the problem, they are not interested in us shareholders and that's why the rns isn't giving anything away.

Anyone emailing them will get the same response as we are nobody's to them, we are being treated with utter contempt and that's what's p***ING people off.

Good on you for trying but unfortunately they don't give a T**S about us and will not reply with anything of importance and they want us to vote yes. The only way we can make a stand is to vote no and wait fir the outcome, that's what I'm doing anyway.

Affrm, I agree with you entirely, first and foremost this is an open bb for everyone invested here to have an opinion.

Secondly,Steven Lunn is definitely shady. Why would anyone genuine put out the rns's to us shareholders with no meat on the bone, in my opinion hes only in this for himself and has the arrogance to want to dilute us without any info as to why. This is where I think once he gets the money he will pull the plug and we are left empty handed.

Do hope I'm wrong as I would be happy to hold my hands up and say I was wrong but somethtells me I'm not.

Can't see the point in bickering with each other tbh, we are all stuck in this together and we all have differing opinions. We all hope and pray that this comes back to market and then we are all free to sell, hold or buy but at the moment we have no power to do any of these.

There is some great opinions on here but sadly none of us know what the board are up to and until they tell us of their intentions then we are all stuck speculating.

Delta, thanks for correcting me, I stand corrected I was to believe that Lunn dissolved RRR but I have just looked and your statement is correct so I apologise for that misinformation.

Zag, some companies Lunn were involved in that dissolved were in New Zealand I believe but can't remember the names of them. One in Great Britain was RRR Holdco that he was a director of and

dissolved.

Lunn is so arrogant that he will believe he will get a yes vote without disclosing any news so I'm not expecting any news before GM.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong and positive news is on the horizon but not holding my breath sorry.

Tiger, sorry to spoil your optimism but that means nothing to lunn and why would he or menzel not come out and explain what's going on behind the scenes to give us confidence in how we vote.

Lunn has a reputation of taking companies into liquidation and I'm fearful this will happen to ppp.

I hope I'm wrong of course but my feeling us..we vote yes and Lunn gets his money but still falls make this work, we vote No and he takes it into liquidation.

I personally don't think we can win either way but I don't want Lunn and the other cronies walking away with our money so my vote is No and I have already written my £8k off.

Lunn is a crook, menzel is the lapdog but taking a salary and obviously not allowed to speak as Lunn is doing the talking.

It's a definite NO from me as a matter of principle, I will stand to lose £8k and I know a lot of investors stand to lose a lot more than me but I cannot vote foe this and allow these crooks to gain Sorry but I can't.

Every investor will get a vote and I appreciate some will lose tens of thousands and they will think differently but I feel sick that these scumbags just go on shafting innocent people,I've had enough of this white now.

FCA are gutless, these people go round and practically steal money from honest investors and they turn a blind eye.

M22C, that's the problem, nobody knows anything so we must just hope and pray we relist.

Any sp on resisting would be good as at least we then can make our own decisions on whether we sell, hold or buy more. It's the not knowing that is the hardest.
