If you're a big enough holders you can slap the bid with A trades to knock the share price back. Sometimes for just a very small amount of money.

Then you can chuck in 2 x 10k buys and you've bought for a few pence cheaper saving ££s and spent just a little.

Or sell £10k worth to push the SP back. Then buy £30k on the dip

Someone is buying with the help of a broker and playing the SP at the same time

For now I'd rather let them play and watch from the sidelines until there is a clearer path.

110p is holding for now as a key level. But the longer it stays down here with trades putting in lower candles at 109 108 etc then more likely they eventually hit it with a big volume of red and smash it down. Just my opinion so as always DYOR everyone.

Re total volume, if you look on the main page on here, you'll see the information as you know

52 week low 52 week high, buy volume, buy value , sell volume, sell value etc

As you say there are some that print exactly on mid price and these aren't counted in either buy or sell.

However, there is one Volume column higher up the page. That gives the total all in and is the one I rely on

Eg. Buy volume 1m shares

Sell volume 1m shares

Total volume 2.5m shares

So it counts the ones missing from the buy/sells.

Actually it is a good indicator of volume

It's not necessarily a science re buys or sells.

However you can still see that over £2.5m of shares was traded today. A huge amount.

Let's see if tomorrow brings a recovery as quickly as it went down
