The couple of % drop isn't because ECHO is down, it's just general market.

Will soon switch off my computer until post-Christmas and watch the cash begin to flood back in.

There are many traders who take their money off the table end of the year and come back fresh in January.

So billions and billions going out over the next few days which will be back.

I think it's Octopus, placing shares must have cleared by now. It wasn't that many and we've had decent volumes.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Panthera Resources PLC more than doubled in value on Thursday as it agreed a partnership with Galactic Gold Mines Pvt Ltd for the Bhukia project in India.
Panthera also noted the outcome of state elections in Rajasthan, which it believes will have a positive impact on the licence application for its joint venture partner, MMI Indian Pvt Ltd.

Shares in the gold exploration company more than doubled to 3.67 pence early Thursday, have closed at 1.30p on Wednesday.
Following technical and legal due diligence, Galactic Gold Mines has agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Panthera's subsidiary Indo Gold Pty Ltd for USD1.3 million.
Galactic can acquire an additional 12% stake by providing legal, permitting, and technical support for the Bhukia joint venture, conditional on milestones being met leading to the start of mining at the project.
Following this, Galactic earn additional equity in Indo Gold by providing drilling and logistic services on the restarting of exploration at Bhukia.

Finally, Indo Gold and Galactic will work to negotiate participation in Galactic's listing process to the Bombay Stock Exchange, possibly through a merger of both companies.
Turning to Rajasthan's elections, Panthera said the change of government would have a positive effect on processing the prospective licence application for its joint venture partner MMI.
The company plans to start dialogue with the newly appointed Secretary & Minister for Mines, with its first hearing in the High Court scheduled for January 11.

"With the signing of this term sheet Panthera has taken a big step forward in achieving many of its key strategic and corporate objectives in India. The transaction brings Indian capital to support the development of Bhukia, it provides key corporate, bureaucratic, technical and administrative capabilities in India, and allows IGL an opportunity to participate in Galaxy's BSE listing process, which is planned to commence next year," said Managing Director Geoff Stanley.

The Court heard the matter in detail and found the grounds for rejection to be without merit as they questioned the validity of the sanctioned Reconnaissance Permit in favour of the Bhukia JV and the preferential rights accrued in favour of the company after it successfully completed reconnaissance work under the permit. The interim order was passed ex party, at the first effective hearing and reflects the strong case the company has to protect its legal rights and to have the rejection order reversed.

Geoff Stanley, Managing Director of Panthera Resources, commented:

"We are very pleased that the Courts of India have again proved to be effective in protecting the Company's rights to the Bhukia project. This strong protection offers additional paths to resolve the permitting process with the GoR, puts us in a strong negotiating position, and validates our rights.

The Bhukia project may represent one of the most significant undeveloped gold and copper deposits currently known, and despite these ongoing delays, we are confident of our rights and believe opportunity to advance such a high-quality project is within reach. I look forward to updating the market as further progress is achieved toward the goal of being able to grow the existing JORC (2012) resource of 1.74 million ounces by drill defining the larger exploration target, which currently stands at over 6.0 million ounces."
