If it was going to be March or longer, it would have said, ' However, it will not be finalised by the end of this year. we will make an announcement in the new year'.

Instead it says 'unlikely' , meaning ' not likely, but possible'.

You just wouldn't say unlikely if you were months away.

On Thursdaycthere will be few shares available around 26p so if you wish to buy, place order early. 26p won't be seen again.

All my opinion, you're welcome to take a diferent view but personally think the JDA will be agreed on by the end o January

Julian, never nice to be down but overall its about 12-15%, could be a lot worse. Couple of hits and you'll be well over. Its never possible to buy the bottom so will usually drop 10-20% anyway. It's not a bad position. Hold and be patient, you'll be rewarded here Good luck all
