I think some are forgetting that Wood share price is down here BECAUSE of this.

As usual the market overreact hence the fall to low 20s.

However no nasty surprises have popped up and everything in there was already known.

Reiterated no material cash impact for prior years. No material impact on cash generation going forward.

Maybe a drop to trigger stops etc but wouldn't expect it to stay down long.

Sidara still at the table and I'm sure they said they're awaiting the outcome of the review. Perhaps the Draft copy of the review now received is enough to go ahead and finalise the agreement and announce a bid.

As we've been told the offer is conditional upon therefore they can't be seen to have inside information. So release of review to market as a whole with very swift offer thereafter. Probably minutes.

Just my view (and of course they will have access to info we don't know and can't see but just that they can't be seen to have)

You can hold both and long position. The net position is most telling for us that's all
