it's crazy how low the volumes are, did not expect such a small interest so close to the news

isn't 163mil deal + Beutong for 60mil mcap enough to say that the value is clearly "unrecognised" ?

The timeline for key events/milestones is as follows:

· Prior to execution of the SPA, Asiamet will need to complete all remaining due diligence activities and obtain the necessary regulatory approvals

· Execute a SPA within 30 days of the HoA execution, subject to Covid-19 restrictions

guess it's not binding in the contract that is has to be done within 30 days but it would be nice if they kept to their timeline once

so the 30 day SPA deadline is on Sunday, if they intend to keep to their deadline this time RNS tomorrow or Friday ... if not news early next week hopefully? gl all

interesting that we have such a small amount of trades, though it would be the other way around as we approach news period

I reckon that the 163mil deal is definitely already priced in our 60mil mcap,no point buying
