Hi possibly looking to jump in on this share but seems there may be some dilution to come yet with the share issue tomorrow and convertible loan due end of May at a 35% discount to today’s share price. Unless I have this wrong?

Don’t see what the issue is?? He bought these in August 24 for 0.005 so he’s taking a profit fair play. Check the rns history. It’s not like it’s a big holding.

I believe the reason they have not gone ahead with the other acquisitions is to avoid further dilution for shareholders and now wholly rely on the Buisness profitability which will only grow over the year. Hopefully we hear something on Semnet or Buisness update to avoid the share drift in the meantime.
