News is due within two weeks for end of year results

Last few trading days we’ve had missing trades. Must be buys as price is holding well wonder when they will pop up

Can’t see how this can viewed positively. You would want to raise at the highest share price so to wait before the financial results suggests they may not be great. Here’s hoping I’m wrong

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), the global specialist that makes plastic and rubber products "smarter, safer and sustainable", is pleased to announce that it has raised £2.5 million pursuant to an equity subscription for 12,500,000 new ordinary shares of nominal value 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Quantum Leap Capital ("Quantum") based in Vermont, USA (the "Subscription").

The subscription price is 20 pence per Ordinary Share ("Subscription Price") and upon completion of the Subscription, Quantum will be interested in 5.26 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

There was always going to be a lull before we hear the news we all hope is positive given the new investment that has been made. It’s all on who has the patience to wait it out. We will hear something id say 9th June latest or we may get the prelim before possibly around 30th May

We must be due end of year results any day now.

Quiet start to the week let’s hope this starts to build up momentum for the end of year results and any new deals in the next couple week.

Unfortunately I don’t think you’ll Ever see 9p unless they consolidate the shares as you have over 20billion in isssue and more to come. If things are great with a massive find then you may hit 1p

Yeah you’re right, could it be the case the closed period was just after the equity announcement of May 8th? 30days isn’t it?

Annual report will be latest 9th June as they will post them first week in June. Prelim could be any day up up till that date also.

We have news day any day now for final year end results.
