They have some good fields, but are struggling with the low oil price. They owe $50Mill, but can't pay their creditors. They're in talks with another company to pay off their debt. This might be unsuccessful, only a few weeks to sort out. Will probably end up with huge dilution, but they only have about 300 million shares on the market at the moment.

No, news has to be out by close of play Thursday I think, if they want to start trading on the 2nd October, which will be a full 7 months since trading was suspended. You may think this whole thing stinks. I could counter that by saying it is a well executed plan, timed to the wire. When the SP bombed to an eighth of a penny, why didn't they suspend trading then? Trading continued for almost three weeks I think before it was suspended, which to me was all part of the plan in allowing some people in the know to load up. Not long to go now. We'll see one way or the other.

Yep, time is flying by. That's why I retired last year, aged 58. Could have kept on working, earning good money, but thought it was time to do what I want to do. I think Max have until Friday, so the RNS will probably be 16:29 hrs on Thursday afternoon! :)
