I have no wish to enter into a debate with you old chap, as there is no point in you pontificating the "what will be's" when nobody on this board has one iota of what will happen in the future with regards to MXP and shareholder value. In addition, your lack of use of the vowel "u" in the words "honour" and "colour" lead me to believe you are indeed of American extraction. Bit of personal info. I am single now and free to do anything I like in this world, finances permitting. So a jolly round Europe seemed like a good idea. :). Hopefully, when trading restarts, it will pay for my hols.

I agree with you. Spunk was too OTT and in your face with facts, figures, numbers etc. trying to scare the sssshh out of us PI's. I have a simpler outlook on life. arguments were very impressive, and to be honest, a lot of what he wrote went over my head. However, correct me if I'm wrong, but in simple terms, the way I see it is we return to trading in October as Max Petroleum, with over 6 billion shares. We will have debt, but how many small and medium cap companies don't? Importantly, the debt will be manageable. 1p a share? I very much doubt it, as that would give us a market cap of £60Mill. Too early for that. But I can see this settling at 0.3p a share quite quickly. Sell up, move on, nice little earner. However, if you fancy staying a while, 5000 bopd is imminent. The shallows can keep Max afloat for some time and 1p a share in 12 months is not beyond the realms of possibity. All IMHO, but its nice to be able to muse without being shot down by a low flying Fokker!

Well, there's the dilution that Dunker spoke of, but to buy in at 0.2341p is OK by me. AGR are going to want a healthy profit on their investment in the medium to long term. And guess what, 0.2341 is 80% higher than my average. Have I, after all these years of picking losers, backed an eventual winner? Watch this space!!!! But for now, my glass is slightly more than half full. What you say ivor?
