They are embroiled is messy court proceedings in the US and Cayman Islands with a Company who bought out their debt a few years ago and now want to asset strip. Whether or not FRR survives to play another day is still up for grabs and if it does, there is no guarantee it will relist anytime soon. In the meantime, no shares can be transacted as nothing has been set up.

Agree with you about SP being stuck at 8.04p. It's the same on the Beta site, which gives a false picture. Definitely not cricket, what?

Jester, I'm not the brightest spark in the box in understanding all this legal stuff, but the whole point of taking Hope to court is to allow us to be able to strike a deal with a major. With him on the Board, such a proposed deal would be continually vetoed.

May have been a tad premature buying in yesterday. Trend line is still firmly in a southerly direction, albeit only half ahead. The BoD need to perform a Williamson turn pdq and go full steam ahead to rescue the SP, otherwise it's in danger of sinking into the abyss.
