Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
What we have here is an RNS that reflects a structurally healthy business whom has set out its strategic plan and is following a sequence of actions with no deviation or any corrective measures being required in order to achieve what they have set out to do. It is not old news but rather telling us very clearly that everything is going to plan. They are also putting a tick in each box against each of their goals accomplished.
The continued course of action set out again, transparently gives no doubt whatsoever that they should with a degree of certainty and comfort accomplish all the aims and objectives of that strategic plan.
I plan to watch how this unfolds in, which is IMO, what looks like a solid and exciting investment.
A RNS that represents a moment of great optimism and the potential for shareholder wealth creation, not forgetting of course the exceptional medical advancement. A complete game-changer with added statement on the strength of the strong financial standing of SAR.
I am happy to tolerate all the what size yacht are we buying and retirement(s) coming early conversations as this looks, whichever way you look at it ....a share that will see a large multiple of its current SP.
13th July - The Microsoft billionaire and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates, are announcing a new $20 billion donation to the foundation they cochair—their largest ever—along with a recently announced $3.1 billion annual gift from billionaire investor Warren Buffett. The foundation’s total endowment is now approximately $70 billion, according to today’s announcement: a huge increase from its $49.9 billion endowment in 2020, on top of which the foundation is raising its annual budget by 50% compared to prepandemic times.
It often strikes me that whilst the investment is available in such large sums the period that it takes each stage prior to a drug getting on the shelf or as a prescription is inordinately and unnecessarily long.
Sold the cow at market and we have three beans one now on its way back to market with Sareum being eligible to receive a 27.5% share of any future milestone payments as well as royalties on any future sales......... and we've got two more shiny beans also on the verge of projecting Sareums net worth along-with of course and lest I forget in my excitement what benefit I hope this offers to those that need treatment when it gets to the shelf.....737 has been a sleeping beauty for such a longtime waiting for a large pharma to pop its cork.......brilliant, well played and plaudits for finally giving us an RNS..........GLA
Metalbasher I think your post is the most relevant of all those that I have read today, it cuts through everything and hits the nail on the head perfectly as up until now the opportunity to expose SRA737 has been small time, GSK if it happens is the vehicle to make this happen. Fully concure with your post "Not Bothered about RNS timing, just pleased that a molecule which we have a share of is in the hands a top tier pharmaceutical company." That's it, simples, if there was ever a horse you would back to make this happen its GSK ... up until now we have not had such a real opportunity ...Awesome prospect ahead GLA.
Laz, I am not sure if what you have just said falls in to oxymoron territory or a paradox, either way the opposition of ideas or eventualities falls into my like box, as I would take this as significantly likely. Some blue sky ahead for all of us :) GLA
:) If ever there was a thread subject that tempted fate LOL , the type of thing i would say watching a football match, then all hell lets loose........ hoping to see a few balls in the net, if only SAR would give us some running overview of whats happening from the commentary box.... if we take in to all the possible revenue streams from the RNS(s) my money (ball) should be getting knocked out of the stadium......gla
Cobalt thanks. I was sceptical about the consolidation, but found solace that this cleaned the decks for an acquisition or as you infer both stability and a value that gives more credibility. If , as we are all doing we read the RNS the delivery strategy remains unchanged, they haven’t deviated so I should be pleased that this is more than likely going to have a significant happy outcome, I just would like the broker advice to include making them more relevant to the investor. Anyway until our time comes Ndr50 I understand the need to entertain with speculation… some of which I am sure are likely to be very positive prophecies… I may be sweating a bit at the moment but still convinced this is an exceptionally strong investment GLA
The only company in my share portfolio that has no external voice, I am sure they are not sitting on their hands but the SAR Brokers and Marketing Strategy need to do better in respect to keeping all description of stakeholders advised of the current status.SAR are not victims of MM's but rather their own inability to given even the most non-descriptive of sector/media communications, hence why the posts on this forum are second guessing prophecies or more recently "wish you where here" a good read for selecting your next destination for a vacation. Without giving old news, does anyone really know or even have a real sniff of "currently" what is occurring?
Laughing…
Narcissism being an exaggerated sense of self love while megalomania is an exaggerated sense of self worth based on fantasies of power … not sure where Billy fits in these categories but no doubt nor to come tomorrow.
There is nothing cryptic accidental or a conspiracy about this, but rather what looks like a steady and subtle way of Sar Holdings keeping themselves and their work relevant. Their recent tweets are putting themselves out their using a marketing strategy of by association.
Looks like they are keeping themselves relevant for either a build up to an announcement , or they are reminding their source of future revenue or a stalking major Pharma about the importance and value of their work. Positive GLA
There is an important message here but I think it’s less of a mystery and more that it’s been brought forward on your Google search because of a recent tweet 1 day ago by Sareum Holdings which they have included a link to their Tyke2 Jak1 news from July 2020 (see below)

Maidit308 hope all is well....we are accustomed to infinitely better posts from you and your fount of all knowledge, than the overly used reference of the "science" being everything. We are sat where we are simply because there is no strategy or clear driver for SAR or their Joint Broker to keep SAR visible.
If more people want to buy a stock (demand) than sell it (supply), then the price moves up. Conversely, if more people wanted to sell a stock than buy it, there would be greater supply than demand, and the price would fall.
There is no desire or certainly no evidence to suggest the employed Joint Brokers are doing anything to encourage the demand. As investors we need to make some noise to the SAR Bod.
On the up? I can see this knocking the ball out of the park in 2022 but the SP should not have been allowed to sit at this level. Not impressed with our Joint Corporate Brokers..........any Broker worth their salt would have maintained a respectable SP with our without any of the significant news that is pending across many revenue streams for SAR. All they had to do since the Oct 2021 announcement of joint brokers was to give this a light touch, tending the media garden with even the smallest of snippets but no they've done folk all, not even a repeat or a reminder of the positive status, strategy and direction of the business......... if they are that lazy they could even have re-communicated some of the news from previous meetings or media releases just to keep us relevant........ we shouldn't be sat here waiting for an RNS to keep us relevant.....doing nothing as our joint brokers are doing is keeping us out of sight out of mind with those would be investors. IMO SAR seems to be sat on the worlds best secret and its not acceptable or incredulously deliberate.
I thought TM was very good last time out, i have been fortunate enough to have had BBC coaching on public speaking and it is still initially daunting. There is no problem at all in taking all of your delivery from a written narrative that you have familiarized yourself with on your lectern or from a teleprompter providing the autocue operator is moving at the right pace. Some things must be delivered verbatim, with no deviation from the message. I am looking forward myself to any update on the strategy to implement the clinical trials.
Keep looking in, staggeringly a screaming SP entry, potential for a multi-bag seems incredibly likely if we look at the pipeline of potential revenue including the Sierra acquisition by GSK............ just can get my head round if this is imminent or a medium to long-term investment. Short-term I am still thinking fair value will be £7.50 to £10 with this being a further 3 fold if all the sixes come up on R&D/Clinical Trials. All obviously IMO, if it wasn't for the unprecedented global unrest, not ignoring the insurmountably inexcusable attack on humanity the Ruskies seem to be having an impact on everything.....hoping for - high probability, prosperity & profit on this investment......GLA
Thoth 2 thanks for that will take a look. I need to eat a previous post, after contracting the c19 sars 2 in March 2020 a confirmed infection I stupidly believed TheWHO The World Health Organisation paper that the risk of reinfection back then was low to unlikely as I have now had 2 further confirmed infections in 2022. 1st and 3rd infections were walk in the park, the second infection was ok but more miserable. My thoughts turned to you and your multiple infections with Covid of which I was glad to see you a while back reported improvement in your well-being post Covid. It just makes me have far less faith in current vaccine (Which in itself makes me feel unwell) and a personal preference for a therapeutic medicine. In future the only The WHO I will be taking notice of will be lead singer of The WHO Roger Daltrey LOL TAKE CARE ALL, GL
Not a prolific poster but when I can I will be doing general housecleaning, taking out the disrupters today with report button, it's very therapeutic, rather than rising to the bait.
Just caught up on last night posts over breakfast tea and toast (white toast) .....my only concern about SAR is when we get to £33 and I auto sell or post acquisition what am I going to read on a morning.... I need an equally good Aim share to follow?
There will always be those who are nothing but half glass empty , for real get yourself some rose tinted glasses, from my entry point "My cup runneth over" and there is every reason why its going to get considerably better. This is happening without the good news on its way from SAR
OOPS
Definitely a lot more to come IMO.... we are in view of all to see, and GSK "MUST" be considering our significant offerings
- £7.50 to £10 now on back of Sierra GSK news resulting in investors being more aware of what SAR have in their pipeline
- £12 on back of a SAR RNS sharing the positive knock on implications for them with the GSK deal even if just by their association
- £20 with RNS on 1801/2 positive news......we have reason to believe is imminent
- £25 to £33 with all news on R&D and all their revenue opportunities aligned and unveiling of big pharma noise
