I think that rns has dropped enough hints to say we are in this year's potential multibagger.

Let's just say it how it is. If your gonna eat too much and not do any exercise then your gonna get fat. Along with that then comes the health issues that will affect your life. Unfortunately this subject has joined many others and become taboo.

You are what you eat. My brother has just finished a stint caring for patients on a vascular ward. Most were overweight with diabetes and either had amputations or rotting feet due to not looking after themselves.
