Smitty, if you came here looking for a quick profit then I'm afraid it was a wrong decision. This is a long term play. As already mentioned, we are waiting for news on Arcadia however could be April until we hear the outcome.

Better to have a gradual rise rather than pump and dump. At least we're out of the .6 range now which is good. This has always been a long hold for real returns.

Today's rns puts a stop to all the naysayers that were claiming that no offers had been received and that the fsp had come to nothing. We just have to sit tight for longer and wait to see what's on the table. Sellers now will be paying alot more to get back in.
