Short of the 15 resolutions being passed I have read nothing of note concerning turnaround progress and share sale.
All speculation and nothing concrete yet.

IMHO I believe the SP will soon resume it's climb.
I suspect a lot of people like me could not resist the recent climb from 185p and sold some. CD referred to this in his last post

You have gone from a prediction of 243p to 190p in a month.
You are guessing when you say it will test 175p.
I am somewhat more optimistic being a long term holder.

It is now 20 months since the capital raising event and the stock sits just over 20% down from the public offer price of 60P.
Where are we heading that is the big question !!!!!

Aucuba, 185 looks a very good number today. Glad I loaded up

It will come good in the not too distant future. I am up to my neck in these and would not as you put it nibble again.
I am cautiously optimistic as I believe they have the expertise to garner more contracts going forward. Sometime in 2022 this will be reflected in their results and SP.

Yes you are correct and the City obviously knew also as this was reflected in the SP for the last 3 months in particular.
It is quite astonishing the money they have lost on just two contracts.

It is worth noting that the BOD have stated on more than one occasion that they expected to come out on the right side of the arbitration findings.
On a purely monetary basis they and their legal advisers have failed miserably.
Depending on the exact amount we may very well see this bunch looking for more cash in 2022.
In 15 years of investing this undoubtedly is my biggest error.

I cannot find any analyst over the past 5 years who has given a figure below £2 let alone 130p.
Yes the short sellers here will revel in this and it does not help sentiment.

I suspect a good outcome to the arbitration of the termination agreement will help to move the SP in the right direction.
A "good outcome" means no further cash provisions of any substance in the 2022 figures. Not long now to hear something in this regard.

Whilst the trading update disappoints again and their debt figure is not seeing a decrease in the immediate future, the realisation that they need to unlock shareholder value by way of starting with a review is as PC says a little late in the day. I suspect that light trading figures prompted this review as a way to to detract from their continued under performance.
No option but to hold in the hope that they get it right going forward.

I thought the SP was good value at 266p. Its a steal at these levels.
