Yes hats off, he brought a ‘common investor vehicle’ concept from the US to the UK market and it’s took off exactly how one would expect, like a proper US growth stock or crypto currency!

it’s the business model. It’s a vehicle for excess liquidity that wants to be exposed to BTC via a listed entity.

If someone wants £1bn exposure, then so be it.

Don’t get me wrong, you won’t have a £1bn cap vs £100m bitcoin… you’ll need more BTC

But if an investor wants £1bn exposure then you could raise that at an agreed valuation

The funds will be in their bank Friday. Then they can purchase the bitcoin and issue the rns. I am still hopeful they swap their solana for bitcoin too and get this bitcoin number as high as possible.

IMO They sell solana and use that money and the proceeds of this placing to buy bitcoin. About £1M worth. Gets them going. Then watch the shareprice fly and do a book build at 2p for another £2M to buy more and keep going..... Also list on American market OTC.

Once the overhang is clear this will motor. SWC is up big again. now valued at £180m mcap with only £5m bitcoin. Shows the potential here. They just need to do the bookbuilds on the way up and increase the bitcoin in treasury they will hold.

Smarter web company have £5m worth of bitcoin now. Valued at 125m and a web design business.

Cel ai now have the 2 biggest buzzwords ‘AI’ and ‘bitcoin’ and if they follow the same path and do what smarter web have done in regards growing the bitcoin treasury on share price rises and even going on the American otc market then I can see this exploding here. No wonder directors have bought in heavily at this level.

The smarter web company have 20 bitcoin.

Their shares in issue are 187m and at current share price of 67p means a market cap of £125m.

Interesting for this share. Wonder what else they have planned….

I have t heard back again either to 2 emails now and for a few weeks. Pkf in Philippines were the sticking,point. Doesn’t look like they have done their work correctly. So what now? New RTO?

Wanting relisting in q3 maybe into q4 this year. Already starting documents and work into it.

Wow! To be fair to them £37k each is a decent buy by both. Bought at 0.523. Obviously they feel the price is way undervalued at this level. Follow the money as they say…

Cheuk Lun is new investor putting up to £3m in CLN’s. By the looks of it he has taken 142m so far. Not sure how many of these shares have been flipped or is there any more to be issued shortly either….

No. He is one taking placing shares and warrants and selling, imo. If has 350m then could be a long way to go yet…
