£7.5m seems a hell of a lot for a company which would only have a market cap of £1.5m at 0.20.

How much of this £7.5m will they be buying bitcoin with…. And will they be announcing the purchases like swc, btc and coin do?

circa £8.5m from placing and £1m from last placing and solana they hold.

So basically at 0.20p it will be valued at cash value.

I imagine the placing will be oversubscribed by quite a bit Monday morning.

Forget about that. The key is management and the job is running the show. The ones here are useless and not bitcoin orientated. Much better sticking to coin and swc. Maybe even helium ventures. They know what they are doing and being on lse is a big negative for bitcoin treasury companies.

Could see us up at 10p+ £75m mcap. Probably around £90m given wraps that would be needed for more bitcoin purchases.

Coonsillium now at 41p. 360m shares in issue so mcap is now £140m. Shows the potential here with the right news….

Perhaps that is what the hold up is here. They are doing similar to create the most efficient way of holding the bitcoins…

Interestingly Tao alpha have announced bitcoin treasury reserve today and a £5m commitment. The share price has risen from 1p to 5p and market cap from £4.5m to £23m on this news.

Matthew lodge is ceo of Tao and director here who took part in recent £250k fundraise at 0.64p. I would hope he and rest of board are working on something similar for cel ai and something would be announced very soon.

no point buying in or adding until the management can do what they said they will do. commence the bitcoin treasury by buying some bitcoin (minimum of 3 or 4) and issuing an rns to notify the market also giving their plan going forward with this regard and what they are planning to do.

Ive sold all mine. Was expecting an RNS on bitcoin purchase. It didnt come. Managment i feel will let down what could be a succesful company with their unprofessionalism. Amateur hour im afraid.

Further funds for Bitcoin Treasury.

I have a suspicion we might see another placing. If it was a relatively small one for say another £500k at 0.5p for 100 million shares that could be seen as favourable to the market. Directors taking half for £250k as they missed the last one and now the results are out they can buy again. This would give them £750k and i would then expect 6 or 7 bitcoins to be purchaed with this at around £80k each.

Anyway this is how i would play it now but deends if can get the buyers for it and directors are happy to go at this price. Given the other companies doing similar things one would assume the appetite for the stock would be forthcoming.
