Held these shares for some time, when dropped was sitting on a large loss, decided to sell into the rise yesterday to recover losses and then it has taken off. Missed out on about £10k................. gutted.com

A very positive update from the CEO, seems like everything is pointing and moving in the right direction. Strategy is being implemented and awards being won. Interesting to read about the two new channels......... Onwards and upwards

Another strong deal by the team at PCA. Each time they renegotiate on a building that they purchased as part of the package, they seem to either sell for above book value or increase the rent, often significantly. Looking good for future increases in share price and shareholder value.

A very welcome show of support from the Directors 40k shares at 130p plus.

Hi RS, I sold out so as to lock in a decent profit. Too many times I have sat back and watched hard earned gains slowly disappear, not on this one. Think it�s a great long term hold so will look to buy in, if it retraces to mid 30s.
