SP has suddenly gained some strength, not surprised given the current price of oil and the expected news-flow. Potentially could be a large delayed buy to pop up later :-)

A sudden move up on no volume, feels very leaky to me, it has been a long time coming and the LTHs certainly deserve some good news

There's the large sell, feels like it could be the last of the recent seller. A great opportunity to buy < 7p after the recent rise to 8.5p / 8.7p.

Probably clearing out the final dregs of the sell printed last night. Newsflow from Eurox is fab and building nicely. Really excited with the Cannabis investments and believe that these will pay off handsomely in the long run.

Interesting trades earlier and judging by the movement in SP since I would say that they are buys. Looks like someone knows something and the expected news could be about to be released.

Yet some mug punters still choose to sell......... WTF

MMs have ticked he Ask up to 0.57p - allowed a couple of small buys and now NT to buy @ 0.57p and asking 0.585p now for 250k shares - come on MMs let people buy ! ! ! !

Only about 700k on the Ask @ 0.39p, then a couple of million @ 0.40p - this could move very quickly if the buying volume continues

There is only 2 batches of 1m on the Ask currently @ 0.37p and the Bid is stacked > 0.34p so this confirms to me that the recent seller is completely out. Onwards and Upwards.

Should expect us to move back up now that the overhang has been cleared...................... Onwards and upwards, Hydrogen Energy and Gold news to be delivered this quarter.

Accordingly, pursuant to the conversion, the Company will issue, in aggregate, 69,185,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Investors (the "Investor Shares"), split equally between them.

The Investor Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the Investor Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on AIM on or around 19 October 2021.

Someone just paid 1.48p for 571k - feels like it may have bottomed out and ready to move up.

Agreed IVS - a very positive move and I have just topped up with another 300k @ 1.10p - Happy with that and will add to my LTH targeting 2p as a minimum :-)

Whilst slightly disappointed to see a placing, I believe that this will enable ZEN to make the next step up given the areas that the monies will be spent on. I firmly believe that ZEN is in the best position it has ever been in with regards to cash generation, however I imagine that Oil is sold and paid for on delayed terms and therefore this fundraise enables them to crack on without having to wait for monies received from production. Also a 7% discount in the current market is a great achievement, especially taking into account that we were < 1p not that long ago when the placing was probably actually being organised. I will be adding for sure as feel that ZEN has turned the corner and is well placed now to maximise their position. Onwards and Upwards :-)

Agreed brig and RG has confirmed via email that PR is still the CEO of BritNRG so we can move onwards and upwards.
