Hi TopCatz, Someone on here was speculating about Reebok after the Nautica deal. Might be worth looking through the other Authentic Brand companies.

Now we just have to figure out how many units Nautica et al are going to sell...

I saw someone suggesting Reebok may be the next tie-up. Makes sense. I feel that the voice controlled eyewear particularly lends itself to sports such as cycling, running, mountain climbing etc. I doubt this is the last agreement with an authentic brands brand.

I like this strategy of licensing high quality brands. May be a strategy not open to a brand which is big in itself such as Bose or Ray Ban.

I think it is a big year for LUCY. Investors want to see return on the capital spent as you say Agricore.

It seems like a lot of money to raise. Is it because they see the need to scale up production based on demand? In the previous report they said they still had considerable funding left over from the IPO. Did they want to take advantage of the recent SP rise?

I would like to see some projections on the path to profitability.

In that article Guident is valued at £20 million at the end of 2021. So presumably higher now give the progress made. My perception is now that Guident is a player and Harald and the team are highly respected in the industry.

I see they attributed my buy order as a sell today. Don't know why they can't get that right.

Yes, i agree. Smart investors would price into the SP the high quality people working in Guident and Microsalt in particular. Startups are about potential not just orders already on the books. I don't get PIs desperate to get out of our portfolio investments as soon as possible.

The revised deadline for the FY2022 results is June 30th. So a lot should be cleared up then.

Hi TopCatz, I am sure it is nothing to do with new patent. I expect there are quite a few waiting to get in on the rebound whenever it hits.

Most countries (except UK) are looking at disinflation on the horizon and are beginning to get a bit more optimistic.

I have to say it looks like they have done a great job with the packaging..

Yes, i think that is a big part of what has gone on here. A change in auditor always makes investors nervous. That combined with the lack of communication from the leadership...

If history is any guide they usually get where they say they will, but probably a bit late.

Maybe my numbers are off but not by that much.

I think x15 would be a very measly PE for a high growing tech stock in a high growing industry making healthy profits. When companies reach the size of Nvidia or Tesla the scope for massive growth has to be diminished. What is Nvidia PE right now, around 180? Under the right circumstances you could see BELL PE > 60.

I didn't really factor in dilution but if they are right then they hit profitability in 2024 so there isn't much more need for dilution. If SP went up then dilution would be less as well.

To me the main point is are Dowgate right or even in the ballpark to being right?

Dowgate have (recently updated) projections for BELL of revenues at $108 million in 2025 and $22 million in earnings. If those are correct (or even if they are half this value the SP here is going to go up by x30 from current levels.

I don't think you can ever really say for sure whether you are at a bottom. You can look at certain support levels which are nearby though. I don't think valuations or good news make a lot of difference at the moment.

I am quite sanguine really. If it goes higher that is great and if it goes lower then i will buy at some point. The only bit that worries me is they will have to capital raise at stupid valuation levels and excessively dilute the stock.

I think we will learn a lot about BELL and where it is going by the end of this month. They are due to finally update the market by 30 June. If they do hit Dowgate's projections by 2025 then there is going to be one hell of a corrective rally ahead...

I have been recently reading the Robert Shiller book on narrative economics. How humans like to attach narratives to the world. This is apparent particularly in markets and investing. We see this recently with AI replacing everyone's jobs and previously with how blockchain was going to change the world.

It seems to me that both Microsalt and Guident have very powerful narratives that could really drive their SP. Microsalt could on its own essentially cure excess sodium consumption and with it largely reduce heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke.

At some point there will be a massive excitement over anything to do with autonomous vehicles. Guident could be a very exciting company to investors with Harald Braun selling the company and prominent in the industry.
