you dont actually need to be an expert in the particular field to be the CEO, basically someone who has the skills to drive the team and have the acumen financial skills to ensure the best is being delivered for all involved,, problem is we have scientists who are basically lab rats and know sweet FA about business and all i see is them ensuring they are filling their pockets
