GarethUK mentioned from the investor presentations done that they had sent a professional firm to seize the money and they expect this to be done soon. Relax, life is too short to stress. Who cares about a fluctuation from 6-12p when the ultimate value of the company could be anywhere from 100-150p once all is said and done?

Of course a company will go down after multi-bagging consistently for a few months. That’s the nature of the beast. Stay for anything longer than summer and you’ll be laughing at how good an investment it was at 12p vs. anything else in that timeframe.

Like I said as well, with all the absolute rubbish you’re posting and lack of belief in the company, let a more deserving party benefit from the gain rather than yourself.

Christ JayJay, give it time. Rome wasn’t built in one day. It’s been less than 2 months since the ICC1 decision, and it’s multi-bagged since then. Let alone before then. “It’s embarrassing” - what nonsense.

I really hope you sell and lose out on the next leg up, because with all the negativity and terrible posting you do, you don’t deserve the gains. I’d say Miton deserve them far more than you do, and they crashed the stock from their sale.

It’s only those who truly believe, and there are plenty of them holding lots of stock that won’t sell unless it hits many multiples more than the current price.

Let’s hope their attention (in a non-morbid way, at there’s widespread issues affecting the population) is diverted towards other things. I imagine it is. The last thing they’ll be really thinking about is the arbitration with Zenith.

Hi Mike. It’s internationally enforceable. There’s no way of escaping from it. They can quite literally “send the boys round” until it’s collected and be militant until “every last penny” is paid, as described by AC.

They have recovery specialist on the case (as GarethUK highlighted from the investor presentation) appointed already to get the $9.7M. Any costs involved with this can also be added on, so no risk to shareholders. It’s important to note that arbitration money does often take a while to get a hold of. It’s not a simple case of getting the money the next day, but it 100% does come. Probably going after the Swiss bank accounts they went for back in 2022.

No risk, and nothing to worry about them paying up. They have plenty of money.
