A company can reduce its share capital by reducing the number of shares in issue, the nominal value of shares in issue or the amount paid up on the shares in issue.

A company may want to reduce its share capital for various reasons, including to create distributable reserves to pay a dividend or to buy back or redeem its own shares; to reduce or eliminate accumulated realised losses in order to be able to make distributions in the future; to return surplus capital to shareholders; or to distribute non-cash assets to shareholders (usually in the context of a demerger ). IMO

If the new company with StemprintER is sold off , the proceeds will surely be distributed among the shareholders and Tils will get nothing. Surely that is the idea with demerger , it will be a stand alone company. Or it won’t be sold and a fundraising will occur to get StemprintER commercialised
IMO.

I understand funding is not a problem as ,if The Royal Marsden has used the test and commented on it and an Italian major institute, it exists, so very little funding is needed and as I understand it a manufacturer is waiting to produce.

Plenty of buys and the sells are not dropping the price and with Mr Cerrone buying loads I feel confident the transition to Bermuda and fully listing on Nasdaq could be a very good move.
Hopefully the J P Morgan invitation only conference will prove to be interesting.

Yes but Okyo hasn’t actually got anything. They my get reversed into again causing massive dilution to shareholders.

Seems all pretty normal to me, they still need monies to keep the trials on track, we all new that Milciclib works pretty well and is very tolerable so it may well be priced in. CEO has said they will now approach regulatory bodies to advance Milciclib quickly to market , so we wait for news on that, which my not be priced in. And the liver and foralumab trials are well under way. So still looks positive to me. IMO

Glad that's out of the way now. More money in to finance pipe line products. Expect good news on Milciclib eventually, AIMO. With all the outstanding shares taken up there is only about 140million and they will get more money as these are taken up with no more shares issued. So all quite positive IMO.
