Well on the newly filed f6 form on Nasdaq Edgar under the boxes for reg fees it says

(1) Each unit represents one American Depositary Share.
I don’t understand what this form refers to?

Am I right in thinking they have just changed the ADR from 5 tils shares to 1 tils share?

Well maybe as has been said buys have reported as sells and vis versa so the game remains the same , if Tils need more money to complete all trials,give it to them I say, and then they well will disappear never to be seen again, just joking!. It’s along hard slog to compliance and expensive, which is the game we are playing. I for one believe it will all work and prove to be a formidable assetts.But who am I .

For the record , I believe StemprintER is up and running and won’t need a year let alone years to be up and running, until I hear it from the men at the top. Also I think Kunwar has produced amazing assets for this company and will continue to do so, thank you.

I believe that’s exactly what it is, I’ve been in this from the beginning and I never even thought about StemprintER, I knew it existed but nothing really was said about it. I think this is brilliant, and I totally agree that it had no book value up until now, brilliant. What ever happens I think it’s a master stroke.

After all it’s only an algorithm apparently, I don’t understand it, but when experts tell me it works,it works!

Buy StemprintER for 200/300 million, laughable ,2 /3 billion more like it. Why give it away we are not a charity ,unbelievable !

I suppose looking at this realistically, the price maybe stuck because the only drug trialed on Actual patients is milciclib, the others were given to healthy patients which granted showed no toxicity , so I think the explosion will be positive updates on trial progress in ill patients .
There is of course StemprintER which news I’m sure is imminent.

And dilution will be smaller. Everyone’s a winner Rodney.

Well I’m up for that ,but why don’t they just raise the price and then that will clear a lot quicker,simples.
