With such a small free float (less then 40%) it doesn't take much to make this move.

Exactly. And all the indications are that we're only 2-3 weeks away from confirmation of the FEED, and then FID after that, so the SP should continue to react positively to Wednesday's RNS.

Got to be a strong buy at these levels.

Very positive day. Great volume with 100+ trades and a declared volume of 100k+ with probably some late trades to come. Volume on the way down was drip, drip drip, so goes to show how quickly things can change. Another day like this and FOMO will start to creep in driving it higher still.

The move up is explained by the fact that there are so few shares in 'free float', not held by directors or long term holders. Probably Less than 40% in fact so it doesn't take a lot of trades to move the SP.

Up another 3% so far with buys back above the £3 area. Chart looking a lot stronger.

Not 'strange' at all. It clarifies the schedule now that we are in Q1, so narrows down the timeframe for the FEED to be confirmed, and also provides an update on some of the details that point to cheaper running costs. Seems strange to me to query it.

This isn't even the end of the beginning. Things just about to get going here. Any doubts about the FEED study not being a goer have been squashed and FID looks nailed on given the positive language of the RNS.

£2.99 paid already this morning. Likely to be back above £3 in the coming days as we enter Q1 and FEED & FID announcements get closer.

Tide has turned after the pullback following the selling by warrant holders. Looking likely to climb back above £3 before the year end.

Only 4 or 5 trading days left until the NY. It's almost nailed on that once the FEED is announced that the Final Investment Decision will follow shortly after, likely to be earlier in Q1 than later. All the news from the TVI camp has been positive so no reason to expect anything other than a green light and all systems GO.

As you say, all the investor presentations and social media posts indicate that the big announcements about the design process and Final Investment Decision are likely to happen sooner than expected and almost certainly will be positive.

StarBright. I appreciate that. We're assuming that equity in TVL will need to be sold in order to raise the money needed to get TVL operational. Perhaps I should have been clearer about referring to dilution at the ALK level. My point being this is not like an O&G explorer needing extra cash every 5 minutes with corresponding dilution to existing shareholders.

The beauty with ALK is that there won't be any dilution to get Tees Valley Lithium up and running. The majority of the shares are held by directors and long term investors so it's not taking many buys to take this further upwards. £4 likely to go this week.

Next pause will be around the £4.50 mark. Zak Mir gives ALK a regular mention as it passes through the next step upwards. Can see it at £5+ before the year end, given Q1 news everyone is anticipating.

Nothing goes up in a straight line. After a 20% rise over a couple of sessions there will always be a few sellers. Strong start this morning.

The completion of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and the Final Investment Decision (FID). As stated below the company has put out suggestions for what the implied valuation of ALK will be, but safe to say it's not going to be where the current price is.
