None of their decision makes sense. now the only way they can get 40 million euros with a maximum 80 million shares (yet still make it desirable for investors to buy) is to make them 43.5p/0.50 euro each and tbf thats not too desirable.

Saying all that i do believe in time that these will rocket when the rights issuing is complete.

I wouldn't worry too much, i always expected this to drop to sub 50p before the rights issue was put into place. 80million shares at 0.50 euros + 43p per share, this will get their 40 million euros required. i the short term thats a hit but in the long term, its nothing to worry about.

Ive just watched this 30 minute meeting and all i can say is "WOW"

All postive results, positive outlooks and i think the world will benefit massively from this. VERY exciting times ahead.

£15k of buys and £15K of sells and a £60 to £200 million company (Depending what you think) and the MM's drop it by another 5% roll on tomorrows news, lets get back to normal ffs

I still can't work out the numbers here.

Mid Jan this company was valued at £230 million with approx 115 million shares, that was £2.00 per share. there has been no poor results, the only thing that has moved this is the rights issue.

In several weeks this will have aprox 200 million shares and have an extra £40 Million in the bank.

So the £230 million with 200 million shares would price each share at £1.15 this is not counting the £40 million in the bank and the trials moving forward. I still cant see the down side. Is there anyone out there explain why this wont be worth what it was 6 weeks ago.
