Based on the BoD performance , past history and the share price the past 2 years, not really sure why folks think 0.5p is laughable. It was near 16p in August 2021 and has been falling in increments for the past year. Circa 104% drop since august 2021....

If you view the latest developments of DFC, they see, to be approving grants/funding. They approved the $150m Syrah loan and various other non mining grants/ loans such a $55m car factory in Columbia and $20m for affordable housing in India.

Gov agencies move move slow due to the various check/balances, bureaucracy and stringent KYB checks and detail plan what will be done with the funds to ensure mike doesn't run off with the money to Brazil to live his days with a chica.

A reliable source form the street, states DFC funding waiting for final signature, hence the 300k buy from moi today.

I should add that I don't believe we'll have "dilution to oblivion".

I'm confident we'll have a positive closure on DFC and then offtake MOUs, working towards a binding agreement.

2. DFC funding conclusion

3. Chinese offtakes

Nickel has been the worst performing metal on the London Metal Exchange (LME) so far this year with prices slumping 37% in the H1 2023. This underperformance is likely to continue as we head into the second half of 2023 with the market likely to test lower levels amid a weak macro picture and sustained market surplus and the China factor.

All in all, I feel more comfortable holding HZM than any other AIM stock. Just construction has its own risks but the worst is behind us. I certainly expect us to be £2+ in Q1.

The minister is under ZERO obligation to withold info for British markets/jurisdiction. He can say what he wants and do what he wants. His job has nothing to due AA/ARCM regulatory obligations or there share price. FCA jurisdiction doesn't extend to Zambia.

I give my thanks for the minister announcing that info, pulled the rug from underneath the derampers. I have no doubt NVS is pleased aswell.
