I missed the biggest takeaway from this - DFC will be the lead mandate partnerbto deliver orom cross full funding solution. A tier 1 institution backed by the US Govt has just given us their endorsement.

In my unprofessional opinion this is the beginning of a project which is surely heading into development, construction, production and dividends. We have had multiple other developments apart from the grant listed below in no particular order.

1. Blencowe has entered a partnership with DFC to provide overall funding solutionsfor Orom-Cross, including co-funding DFS now and full project funding ahead. Tranche 1 payment inbound quickly, followed up with tranche 2 shortly after.

2. DFC funding support will provide further funding for - Further OC drilling to increase JORC resource. 6000m of drilling planned.

3. DFC funding for enhanced deliverables for DFS - Lift start-up production volume from 50,000tpa to 100,000tpa concentrate

4. DFC funding for enhanced deliverables for DFS - Lift fully ramped up production volume from 147,000tpa to 200,000tpa

5. DFC funding for enhanced deliverables for DFS - Lift fully ramped up production volume from 147,000tpa to 200,000tpa

6. DFC funding for enhanced deliverables for DFS - Build downstream processing facility in-country to produce 99.95% battery-ready uncoated SPG product.

7. Down processing - BRES will produce SPG in Uganda. $700 concentrate will be made into $2500 a ton end product (todays prices).

8. NPV to 3x minimum due to point 7.

9. Phase 1 (year 1) 1.6mtpa plant delivers 100,000 concentrade

Phase 2 (year 1/2) - SPG plant deliverys 50,000tpa SPG

Phase 3 (year 4/5) - 3.2mtpa plant delivers 200,000 concentrate

10. Remaining key milestones - Pre qualification with off takers, DFS complete, project funding partner and decision to mine.

DFC funds 50% and BRES the other 50%. Be damn sure part of the due diligence by Delta Foxtrot Charlie was how we will fund our portion and what timelines. We do not have $1m to match the initial tranche and certainly not the 2nd tranche of $1m. As per the video today, on PayForMarketingActive, word for word.

"So there is US 5M to come in, based on via 5 tranches, which are based on the achievements of as agreed milestones within the DFC. False, we do not need to match DFC dollar to dollar. 1st/2nd tranche to be released soon once certain conditions are met.

We will require funding for remaining which will come from warrants and offtake soon and maybe even strategic partner!.

Forgetting the the resource when can be expanded and our grant.

This project will now add value by getting into downstream. This will 3x our Npv minimum! Equally as big as the dfc grant for me.

I consider this a mining company which well on to the way to development at aub £11.7m mkt cap
