Don't understand the debate here about the SP will drop or not as we approach the deadline. It should be obvious to everyone that their will be a drop, as folks don't want to risk their money and will sell in anticipation we will miss it.

Personally, I'm not selling, though its tempting. The ECA funding tells me the bank funding is coming very soon, will it be Q3 or early Q4, that is the question.

Can anyone comment on HZM history of missing deadlines or leaving announcements till the last minute of an expected deadline?

Contrarian, I would.agree with you if we didn't have the ECA funding in place. There will be a drop but not like a log. There should be some communication to to explain the delay, ie crossing the t's, dotting the i's, we need a little longer.

Not ideal leaving the announcement last minute as you certainly will see folks selling, in particular traders. I for one will not be selling a bean. The ECA funding gives me comfort that Tranche B will be announced soon enough....even if it's a few days late.

LTH's shall be rewarded.

Have no doubt our two tier 1 assets are on te radar of various majors. The more progress/development]
we make on the assets, the larger the takeover bid has to be.

ECA guarantees and institutional lending, are secured near SIMULTANEOUSLY. The other will ask where is the remaining funding coming from. Its one of the first questions they ask. Do not forget this is not a small ask, they are wanting to borrow millions, you shouldn't be surprised if it takes a few days/weeks longer.

Do I think tranche b will be announced? ABSOLUTELY - Hopefully Q3, but could go into Q4.

Day traders jumping ship. They will happily sell for 2% profit and 0.1% loss. No surprises.

I thought the RnS would be today but still 4 days left. After the last RnS, interview and tweets about tranche b in Q3. I would be surprised if we don't get it. I would actually say misleading by JM if it doesn't come.

Never be surprised by AIM investors. Especially in 2021 with all this financial uncertainty is making investors/traders act in a more unpredictable manner.

Monday will be the day IMO...if we don't get an RnS on monday you will see some heavy selling IMO. All in all, this share will have decent rise for tranche b.

I expect off take and stragetic investor to be announced separately. As per JM we will have steady news flow over the next few months. Every time the project derisked we should see a tick. I think there will be a lot of folks waiting to see what diluation looks like. I don't see it happening under 9.5p l as I think JM hand is rather strong - two tier 1 projects ready to go.

As per the video posted on Vox earlier, "massive sulphides" is a type geological expression for the type of mineralisation not its massive literally. It does have a heavy core, lots of metal in it.

I bought 1800 worth of shares yesterday and today they've been sold and funds returned. Never seen this before. Haven't contacted IG yet. I can't even buy more today for the past hour, plus ill be paying 0.3ish more today.

Not been able to top up £1800 worth of shares for 1 hour on IG.

I believe it's a done deal as ECA and other funding has to be communicated and secured simultaneously.

I would be surprised if the RnS doesn't come on monday after all this promo work "by end of September".

It seems they are clearly indicating to the market it's coming, last chance to buy, and let's boost SP etc.

He is speechless....no way of deramping the SP or the RnS.
