So no direct sell out "Partner interest" so maybe in time a "dividend" producing a big pharma future ?
news will be burning a hole in the pockets of some very large companies , who will no longer consider their own ip to be the best thing since "personalised sliced bread " wonder what they think of their own costly trials ?
'If validated in the second stage of the SCOPE trial this will provide confidence to initiate a randomised phase 2/3 adapted registration programme in patients with unresectable melanoma which represents a potential $1.5 billion per annum market. The Phase 2 part of the adapted trial should take 18 months and will likely generate significant partner interest.'
Press release late august ?

Great posts and finds , sorry rushing this morning , so excuse any typos however the Biomed you tube link was enlightening
A reminder Avidimab
MY ALOUD THINKING ,
Are Texas Biomed adding Avidimab to incorporate into other vaccines to tackle other dangerous virus ,

During the development of the anti-glycan monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), Scancell identified unique sequence residues in the Fc region that enable mAbs to self-associate upon target recognition, resulting in more potent, high avidity antibodies.
The AvidiMab® technology platform is patent-protected and, ultimately, could be applied to enhance the efficacy of potentially any chimeric or humanised mAb.
In addition, the AvidiMab® modifications have also been incorporated into the ImmunoBody® products iSCIB1+ and iSCIB2, and have also been included in the COVIDITY vaccine. In every instance, the modifications have enhanced the preclinical efficacy of these products.
From the 10th July RNS
Following the data readout, Scancell intends to initiate a similar double checkpoint cohort with iSCIB1+ before the end of the year. iSCIB1+ has a number of competitive advantages, with potentially increased potency due to modifications to the product using Scancell's propriety AvidiMab® platform, and an extended patent life to 2039. iSCIB1+ is able to be used by a broader patient population because it incorporates more melanoma-specific epitopes.
Could AVIDIMAB PLATFORM BE USED IN ALL DAGEROUS VIRUS SEE LIST BELOW anti-glycan monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), Scancell identified unique sequence residues in the Fc region that enable mAbs to self-associate upon target recognition, resulting in more potent, high avidity antibodies.
TEXAS BIOMED MUST BE WORKING ON THIS LOT :

A reminder
Pneumonia outbreak in China
Hospitals in China have been overwhelmed with sick children as an outbreak of pneumonia soars in cities across the country. The World Health Organization has requested more information from Chinese officials after an alert was issued through ProMed – a large surveillance database which monitors disease outbreaks– warning of an epidemic of "undiagnosed pneumonia" in children. The Covid-19 outbreak was "initially flagged up to global scientists" via a ProMed alert in late December 2019, noted the Evening Standard.
Covid-19: where we are now , what do we need ? may I suggest Ray work is on going for a variant proof vaccine along with other work on pandemic X
either way Texas Biomed believed it was important to 'press release' ?
Nothing from scancell , !
Thanks Ray then why didn't Texas Biomed Press release the "partnership" in 2020 earlier in the process . why wait until August 2023 ? bio secure facilities are indeed vital to be prepared for the next pandemic ?
the facility is

Yes it did say RIp to personal this is the slide
I agree Violin , no mention at all however an author from Texas Biomed is mentioned on a scientific paper
Just a thought from Clatterbridge post yesterday . do we "posters " on LSE think Calum would have come under a all the cancer targets in the scancell trials . the Omission of what exactly treatment was ? nor if it was a trial ? we know both CPIs cause Toxicity and scancell Modi is well tolerated ? however the combinations now is in Trial , was it early august so 16 weeks ago . I may have got all this wrong and it's my thinking aloud and voicing it . perspective would be appreciated
however I strongly believe Scancell shares are undervalued and derisory and worth buying , as stated by Vulpes
OH DEAR ! I will get some abuse with my typos and spelling find corrections
1. I "Scanned "the images
2.looking at the images in "more" detail
Thanks TF , Clatterbridge Cancer centre as you know hosted the head and neck symposium, where prof Ottenmeiser spoke , I canned the images in the photos on twitter and saw both slides from the Modify trial , its worth looking at the images in mire detail . They were put the case forward for Individual cancer treatment , however in a slide implied this is now RIP
worth a look , Overall Scancell have been tight lipped about . 1. Texas Biomed 2. speech at Pegs Europe 3/ evaluation of cell therapy company 4/ modify update 5/ any income form licence deals 6/ poor communication with shareholders 7/ no investor presentation with analysts . something is going on as the share price is in a holding position between 12-13p at the AGM it was 17p , without any trial data ? which is' Trailblazing and going very well'

So sorry Icant be at the AGM , however would appreciate if someone may ask the question about :
the "Partnership " announced by TEXAS BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE on August 29th 2023

Texas Biomed have been busy and found this very interesting
I found this interesting in view of other disease that can be treated with Immunotherapy
Cancer therapy shows promise against tuberculosis

TEXAS BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
A promising new cancer therapy also appears extremely potent against one of the world’s most devastating infectious diseases: tuberculosis (TB).
Scientists at Texas Biomedical Research Institute (Texas Biomed)
https://www.eurekalert.org/news-releases/1008412
“Immunotherapy has been a gamechanger in the cancer field by finding ways to help a patient’s own immune system fight tumors more effectively,” says Larry Schlesinger, MD, Texas Biomed Professor, President and CEO, and senior paper author. “We believe that, similarly, host-directed therapies can be a gamechanger for infectious diseases.”
The research team, led by Texas Biomed Staff Scientist Eusondia Arnett, PhD, tested MCL-1 and BCL-2 inhibitors individually, together and in combination with TB antibiotics to see how TB growth was affected. Using both inhibitors was more effective at limiting TB growth than just one or the other; and combining them with antibiotics was far more effective than either inhibitors or antibiotics alone.
Could it be ModiFy ? Whatever it is great to see Calum will be with his young family at Christmas ?

interesting ,
C11 , that made for worrying reading and makes the Aim market look like the wild west !
Many thanks Marcus and TF for reposing , I dug around a bit further to find other images following this link and you will be able to see other slides and may I suggest the timing of the price rise , may be as Prof Ottenmeiser was finishing he keynote speech ? maybe a few chats over breakfast and in the pub this weekend ? the slides for prof CO is about half way down
