AZ said news on TF within a month. That was 17th March so news by Friday, (Saturday is 17th) He confirmed this by email a few days ago (it’s on telegraph).

I see that this guy is Director of this and TEK Capital. Both have suffered a 50% drop in share price . I know this as I hold both.
Is he generally well thought of? He must be under some pressure in both board rooms.
He needs to pull his finger out imho, and quickly!!

It’s complete *******s imho. They have stated twice now that they don’t need anymore money and in the recent RNS the BoD explained where they were going to spend the 6m in the bank. No additional funds required. Just some sicko on Twitter revelling in everyone’s discomfort.

The rules of crowdfunding dictate that the raiser must have an intermediate close (crystallisation) so that they can use the funds already collected. The fundraising program will continue afterwards unchanged - except they will have money to spend!

The trouble is everyone gets outraged by TW and then Copy links to his post. You then click on them and he gets paid!!
He is a deranged teenager and does not deserve the attention. Ignore him, Don’t click and don’t give him oxygen!!
The more outrageous and libellous his comments the more money he makes. Scumbag.

Thanks for that Catz, I shall watch out for that although, hopefully, when I come to sell these the company will be a bigger deal and therefor more trades and a smaller spread!!

I’ve been concerned about the massive spread too, often over 10% when on the up. I’ve not got anything else with this in my portfolio. Does anyone know why this is?

Has anyone got any idea why the SP has dropped so much this morning? I’ve tried to find a reason but come up with nothing.
Any insights would be welcome. Thanks.

Just remember that we, the shareholders, bought that bloody machine not the bod!!!

I’ve done the same and dropped him an email with a revised form explaining the uplift.
It can’t do any harm and only took 5 minutes

I sort of agree, I have a lot in this and am holding. It must be said that the RNS was poorly worded. Even though he didn’t have the permissions to release the details we were all waiting for, he could have used more up beat language to set the scene and prevent this stampede.
We are second on the top losers list at the moment.
After the excitement I felt turning the light off last night, I do feel let down this morning. Unnecessarily so imho.

I think it’s terrific news and will get the SP past the point he needs. Great news due in January too which should reduce early profit taking and continue to push the price up.
