BOD have a duty of care if nothing more than to their salaries to announce a road map to recovery or provide detail on how they intend to sustain the business going forward

It feels intentional and the lack of news release to market in favour of linkedIn posts is a typical example

The spectacular news has already been delivered. If recovery was the play they should be communicating on overdrive not asleep at the wheel!

The news flow has pretty much followed a 3-4 week release pattern albeit not much material content and certainly hasn't affected the SP positively

GLTrader I love the optimism but buy outs are few and far between compared to the high number of badly miss managed CEO cash cows in the AIM game

I am here as believe the range of products and the market reach could see YGEN break through to profitability in a few years.

Not sure who would look to buy out YGEN at present but happy to hear a positive theory

How the BoD remain faithful to LR is beyond me. He now has a mentor sat above his decision making as he cannot be trust not to further destroy a growing business
