As with any FSP which run into the Billions, any slight mistake will cost 10`s of Millions, so the process of the sale will take a long time especially now with the added JV. Once all the parties are happy then the sale price will known.

Also i would remind you there are multiple bidders, people keep on talking about one NN which to Russian government would be preferred. When a there is a buyout they don`t just buy the mining rights but also the contracts, agreements and debt, with the price running into the Billions the buyer will want zero mistakes being made hence the time taken in due diligence.
I`ve been in and out of RBW for the past 2 years and followed its development, and yes i can see this touching 3p this year. Disregarding media hype, western government's will secure any future rare earth metals for their own needs especially the US which have started a building programme of rare earth refining plants(currently most of the RR`s are refined in China). Don`t be surprised to see interest from the US in RBW.
Every time i look at the figures and the news the price goes up, my original figure was 90p but now i think it will be very close to 300p. On A further note i wouldn't be surprised if there is a 7am RNS Monday stating they have gone into due diligence with one of the buyers.
