Anyway yes you are correct. This is not a game for the impatient. Only a couple of years since we moved to industrials and we've achieved a lot in that time actually. Buy them and put in bottom drawer. My time frame is anything between 1-3 years. Possibly sooner who knows. I don't know when the deals will drop or news but we have an few fingers in pies including the largest permitted site in the whole of Nevada. It will come. Wishing you every success with your investment here.
