You'd like to think if my doomsday scenario were to arise, then that wouldn't go down very well with any potential FCA investigations on the back of individuals registering their concerns with the FCA this week, not that I'm holding my breath.

Anyone care to comment on based on the TR1 next month when we find out who owns these additional shares, one potential outcome is that they end up with existing majority owners, would that them take them over the threshold , where they are required to make an offer for the company and even at a 50% offer above current MCap that would still be derisory and well below, what we believe to be true market value, if that were to happen, how strong a position would the remaining shareholders be in fending this off, assuming other majority holders don't join ranks and vote through a takeover, which is my worry going forward.

Anyone hazard a guess as to where these additional 20m shares will end up. If I'm guessing correctly, then assume there will be no need for the additional 6m offer to existing shareholders. Still can't fathom why they let if drift down to these low levels and announced the placing, what's more significant the 20m additional shares or the 300k. There has to be some sort of strategy being enacted out here, just not obvious yet

Dilution at 1.5p, absolutely done for a reason, which I'm sure will become evident in time, but it won't be to our benefit, that you can be sure of.

Bertie, I am convinced there will be no good news blackout until after the placing, no quick sp rise from here until those with alterior motives allow it to happen. Its been and continues to be manipulated for the benefit of the few.

Trek, a company that has so much to offer on paper and looking to be going in the right direction, trashed for what 300k. Cmon, I don't buy this at all.

Tyke, I'm with you on this unfortunately. But this isn't Aim , surely this has a good justification for investigation by FCA, we have been right royally shafted here.

This emphasises all our frustrations, that this is really good information and shows real progress being made by the company and should be enhancing shareholder value, but its all lost in the ether.

Could this be a mental war of attrition,

Slow drip drip downward share price, poor comms, then make a derisory offer to take it back under private ownership, for what is effectively becoming peanuts.

I think FDA already made the decision thar this will be approved, so making the admin changes as per the request, will surely be tick box exercise.

Maybe an imminent positive decision was already factored in in some quarters and this was an unforseen delay, maybe explain recent unexplained sp movements possibly

Surely if the seller is matched by a buyer, then that wouldn't depress the sp to the extent seen over the past month or so

I'm assuming we don't have institutional investors on board with significant holdings, which would make it much harder to accomplish if that is indeed the plan.

If he wants to be greedy and go private, then he needs to pay us the true value, which certainly isn't down at these paltry numbers. Can he force a takeover at sub bargain basement levels. Definitely feels like this is the strategy
