Hi Tyke and all fellow IQAI LTH's.

What I can't understand, is that as painfull as this paper loss is for me and yes I'm not best pleased that the sp was trashed for short term gain, but my and I guess all our paper losses, will be dwarfed when compared to TB and FAB. Theirs will run into millions as a result of their actions. Do we think potentially they thought the sp would quickly rebound based on all the good news we have had recently, not realising that their actions might of killed off any favourable sentiment that was left existing and potential new investors, or do they have a plan B, maybe involving a takeover, which will ultimately recover their losses and add a bit of additional profit on top.

I can't believe given the extent of their paper loss, with the sp around 1p, it's not concerned them to be sat on this loss for such a long time.

Completely agree with all of that Tyke, the current Mcap is way too low by most posters analysis. Just goes to show how previous shenanigans has destroyed most investors trust and probably putting off new investors from buying in at what now must be real bargain basement prices. Let's hope crrtain people keep to their word and are judged within their published timescales.

An 18% spread doesn't help the cause either, MM's can get up to a lot of mischief with that spread

I think if all our mystery guest Elartu is concerned about with IQAI, is data protection, then I can safely advise, this share isn't for him and he would be safer taking his investment, assuming he has one elsewhere.!!

Agree Tyke, us LTH's have always believed in the Tech,hopefully no more off field shenanigans for a while and we get a sensible re rate which reflects the true potential and value of the company. Have a good weekend all and just hope normality returns soon.

Anyone familiar or had a look at the recent update to UK law only "failure to prevent fraud act". As well as obvious forms of fraud, it now extends to dishonest practices in financial markets and mis reporting. Anyone had a response back from FCA

Given the way its been run, I'm under the impression it has already gone private, but IQAI have failed to inform the market. Given today's announcement, can anyone comment, in terms of granting share options, again doesn't this need to be approved by via an AGM. How can this just happen unchallenged.

Even he wouldn't be so stupid as to disenfranchise the medics driving the company forward, or unfortunately in our case, backwards due to off field shenanigans.

I just hope positive information isn't being withheld to suit the end game.

Would be nice at the AGM to be able to table a question around shareholder value or lack of it

cant help but think that recent underhand shenanigans observed over past few months is a deliberate ploy to **** off the many small private investors, clear to see the huge negative sentiment here in recent days, with a view to holder's selling up on the cheap and walking away from what should be an extremely good investment.

je****y- does that make it exempt from abuse and manipulation.

You expect this on Aim, but this level of abuse and spivery on the main market, I thought would be acted upon. How the regulator can turn a blind eye to this level of abuse is beyond belief.

With Halifax share dealing also zilch

Maybe opinion is that we are a little bit more de risked at these knock down prices and the open offer to existing shareholders won't happen
