There could be an offer to the BOD.. They would

A) reject it

B) Recommend it to the shareholders

Either way a vote is required. The large shareholders would not vote for it. As you observe only recent shareholders would be in profit and possibly vote in favour.

If the BOD reject, then a hostile bid could be made. Again a vote must follow. And the same result unless the bid is sensible. Viz..... not peanuts

It only becomes a problem if we run out of money to stay solvent.

The spread will remain the same (if no RNS).. Then yesterday's close will be adjusted down to form a more realistic view of what really took place.

The price displayed throught the day is the last traded value. The spread is very wide .15 to .17 13% aprox

Late trade yesterday at 16:26 was price .1696p The value, a masive £10.02. This trade pushed up the close % to 6%
