Just to be clear. I fully support the indigenous land owners having significant input on land usage.

The preservation of traditional, historic, religeous sites is of utmost importance. Inded the destruction by RIO of a 40000 year old area with wall paintings was appauling.

However with the new and dare I say excessive power. Farmers and domestic house owners were being prohibitted from keeping paultry and other highly restrictive prohibitions.

The new found power went to their heads and not untipical of all humans they over played their hand.

The referendum was very decisive to restore a balance of preservation and progress.

We urgently need DMIRS to give permission. Then all the nay sayers will sudenly tell us thay always had faith etc..

I agree our courts and sentencing is pathetic. But the Koran and Hadith is not for my liking.

I think it is fair to say that the only serious worry was that we could become insolvent before the DMIRS permission.

The loan facility, undesireable as it was, has given a clear >12 month runway to permission and subsequent revenue stream.

I see no real concerns for the forseable future. The bottom is in :-)

I do believe the choice here is a binary one.

We will be told relatively soon that we can or can not mine by DMIRS.

If like me you believe permission will be granted, then hold or indeed add.

If you believe it will be refused, then get out now before we go bust.

The AA deal like any other suitors is dependent on the DMIRS permission.

Why Moony expects a financial commitment without certainty of mining license is beyond me.
