A bid for UFO would require shareholder vote approval.

There are many large holders and PI's under water at £12m. A bid would need to be much higher

And.. A bidding war would almost certainly happen if any major broke ranks and made a bid

I always buy a value including fees so £5000 would never show precicely

However the total trade shown by LSE is a multiple of quantity times the approximation of 3 decimal places price. There will always be an error.

Look on the exchange web site 2 decimal places only, gives £5139.34 as the trade total.

For things to turn around such that > 1p is achieved as you indicate, then the potential of the company and it's many tenaments would have found enthusiasm by large investors and the 'herd'.

Even greater hights are then probable let alon possible.

PS to have an average of 1.2 p indicates you dived in at almost the top of the SP surge. Not good timing??

Most of us are sitting on significant paper losses.

I haven't sold any and have been averaging down. I remain very confident in the medium/long term.

We are all dissapointed in delays many of which are/were out of the BOD control. Things should now start to fall into place.

Given the history as you clearly poin out. It makes the need to respond to my email at this time quite pressing.

It is an oportunity for the BOD to redress the legitimate criticism of historic lack of clarity and updates.

Many PI's were of the view that DMIRS and Native title were now in place and no further permissions were required.
