Whilst I accept thay BBG was over optimistic most of the time, you seem to overlook some salient points

1) We had a world wide pandemic causing obvious delays

2) Australia voted in a Labour government who gave massive powers to the indiginous people. They ofcourse flexed their muscles bringing approvals to a stand still.

This was overturned in a referendum last year, and some sanity returned to Native Title agreements.

Errawara are waiting Native title clearance which they expect in the next two months. Then drilling. Then the dreaded lab delays.
