My interpretation of the Feb 2020 RNS is that forward contract was agreed. This would only go ahead when samples including drillings through the permafrost were obtained.
Covid spoilt the whole of the summer field season this year.
Perhaps the new season April onwards, has been scheduled for continuation of this work.

The appointment of Lars would tend to confirm this?

I doubt either of the two new appointees would have joined without some solid evidence of success.

I take it as a very positive sign.

I am quietly confident that when Rhum 3 is sorted the share price will start to rise significantly.

Mediocre results or poor results will devastate the SP :-(

I don't think Covid will impact on assay lab time scales. If GF receives the report before Christmas, because of the sensitive nature to shareholders and SP. He will be obliged to release info in a timely manner. two to three days.

The assay of core samples arrived last week. The samples were completed Oct 30th

All pointers suggest next week for the bulk sample results.

I was relieved to see the SP hold at 0.39 (sell) on Friday. There were clearly many PI's who were spooked by what they interpretted as poor results. This of course started a stampede.
Next week should see a gentle rise until some actual news arrives. The kit fron SA arrival and pics of assembly will drive SP a little, but the real deal 'the assay of bulk samples' will be a massive leap upward.
Now if by chance the assay is ok to poor, expect a dive south.

For my part, I have been topping up. I now am crazy overweight at 20m shares at an average of 0.276p

News is due this side of Christmas. Lets all hope it is as we expect. GLTA

How are you valuing the assets?

The LSE are showing Alba as in "periodic auction". We may see some LRGS trades about 9-20

ADVFN are showing 4 massive trades at .38
