My understanding is that the application submitted https://geodocs.dmirs.wa.gov.au/Web/documentlist/8/ML_NUM/M47%2F1633 was pending the traditional owner agreement. Now in place
The process is now :- DMIRS once satisfied all facts are OK., send the documents to the Minister responsible to be signed off.
