My assumption is cohort 3 is now complete with no adverse effects otherwise we would have been informed, as in the 3w cohorts i hope these patients be continuing further doses of ava6k with responses in all cases. Hopefully we will get a blow by blow account on the next update.

This is due for completion shortly imo would there be benefit in continuing to cohort 4 and beyond ? If so could the expansion phase be run in parallel with this ?

I am also under what is called remote monitoring for PC which I have a PSA test every 3 months ( all previous scan good) . How long have you been under active surveillance?
