Euclid your posts are consistently informative but with all this info available WHY is this not being taken a little more seriously.
I am invested but as per usual it al pretty much a gamble and yes I agree it could be an excellent product.

The mm's seem to do what the hell they like when they like and will keep taking this down until there is nothing left. ie a cash call.
There seems to be a deafening silence from the resident rampers so obviously nothing on the horizon, suppose its sit tight until next year but will not be buying anymore until some significant news.
Believe me I think they have a good idea but as Mibo says the markets don't.

The buy to sell ratio was 10-1 approx. There seems to have been a small amount of manipulation by the mms wouldn't you say

we need a few big sells for the SP to move up i think. Its not massive volume but its all buys and the SP heads down.

I would say its a buy. With the initial order placed on 03-12 , they really shook the tree yesterday morning on the bell(Same today) when the opening bid 1.6. They didnt get all the shares required at the price agreed so it took all day to fill.
Same today the spread has closed to 8% from 60% first bell 1.3 Bid then back to 2.30.

the bad news in respect of the SP is that over the last 4 weeks it has consistently headed south irrelevant of the little bounces. ie Lower highs and lower lows.
I understand all the euphoria regarding the share but many have reservations which i can understand.

A lot has been made in respect of IRV not paying contractors on time but may i give you a little insight about monies due to come in to IRV.
Throughout the construction division there are a multitude of IRV projects that clients are making excuses to under pay the valuations just in the hope that IRV go pop.
So it is getting difficult paying up front for services and not getting paid themselves. The adjudication system is getting very busy !!!

Max The fact that you say SD is / will be in the uk this week would instantly make anyone question is he or isnt he. No-one knows for definite.

Lets hope we see a big picture of him in one of the financial papers and i should imagine that will shut people up but until then accept the inevitable.

Doubt whether its consolation to anyone but Keir have lost 60% value in the last 6 month from highs of £1150 -397 today. Balfour are getting hammered too !!! Sentiment isn't good all round
