Buffetology I have received mine in my HL accountant but unable to trade presently. Their reply :-
As a result of the demerger, you now have 19,080 new shares in Portage Biotech Inc., which are already showing in your HL Fund & Share Account.

Please note that as we received these shares from the company in certificate form, they need to be lodged into nominee form before they can be traded from your account. I have confirmed with the Corporate Actions team that we are in the process of lodging these certificates with HSBC, and as soon as this has been completed you will be able to trade these shares as normal on our platform.

We are awaiting confirmation dates from HSBC, so as of yet there is no specific date this will be completed, but we are working to have this process completed as quickly as possible.

Please also be aware of the possible delisting of SalvaRx Group plc, in the unlikely event the company fails to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser (Nomad), details of which are in the secure message we sent you dated 2 January 2019.

Excellent synopsis Retour and may i say a little worrying but as for the SP it is being driven down by the MMs irrelevant of buy / sell ratio. Over the last few weeks there seems to have been a larger buy ratio but still down it goes.News needed !!!!!!!

So they are selling above the mid price now.? The data I am reading must be all incorrect

This morning had the desired effect .
750k delayed buy or sell ?

Yet again the unexplained , its isnt news it isnt buying volume but it is the MMs. This share doesnt conform to the norm but i dont think the jump will be sustained today and drop back. The MMs need shares for some reason !!!

Sustained rise will be on confirmed contracts and not before !

Andy. SPs generally rise on facts not on rumour /assumptions or in certain cases Ramping. The SP has been in decline for a while now but seems to have found the bottom and support as all sales are matched by buys. As stated previously the SP will not rise significantly until sound contract news is confirmed by RNS.
I am also waiting for that news by the way !!!!!!!!

SP movement will only come on announcement of contracts and not before. When who knows !!!!

The sells this morning were actual sells and not buys as stated by someone, these were negotiated to fill the 750k order. I think another may be being filled as we speak.

I see your point guys but they are showing as sells on my L2 data.Why show the as sells ?

Some hefty selling this morning or is it as the SP seems stable. Would normally drop sharply unless someone is buying the lot ?

My L2 data must be incorrect as yesterday was showing all sells and the day before apart from a couple of small buys.
