Once the picture is clearer exactly how EUA are moving for in particular AFTER the dividend is announce BR will not be able to do anything about the sp . For example IF EUA state they are going to prove up all areas once this info is out in the open it is a quantifiable amount so SP will rate to a value and furthermore if EUA state they are going to mine these reserves with a DFS stating 1m ounces PGM per year the SP will rate to its value.
This what I am hoping for !!
