IMO they will have sufficient data from cohort 4 to initiate phase 2 trials whilst continuing DE in phase 1 if they feel it would be beneficial to cohort 4. I really cant see them stopping the phase 1 especially if the tumour is in remission.
Data is required with a full and open account of what has happened during the trial and if this is given along with biopsy data proving activation only in the tumour then the sky is the limit for the SP but we must wait

It's not the RNS people expected, whilst good we will have to wait another 3 months to see % growth within the fund then if it has grown exponentially the SP will react accordingly. So we still await the sign off ,!!

toukankahmoon I rarely post as I cannot add anything insightfull or helpful ,I dont fully understand the science but fully understand what is about to be acheived (Hopefully) Far from being nervous regarding my investment in Avacta and after reading the post by JT it just strenghtens my beliefs but just so I can get a veiw from the doubters like yourself could you post something as indepth as JTs post to say why you think we should be nervous. Mizman as I am not an aficionado in tactics of war I wont even start to question the merits of both sides in the argument BUT to say Russia is winning is a bit stupid.
Russia are 6 months into a invasion for which they thought would take a few days with ALL their objectives presently failing again and far play to the Ukrainians for that.
Even if Russia take the Donbass or whatever do you really think the war will end ?? You expect the Ukrainian's to just roll over and let them have the area ???

May I firstly wholeheartedly congratulate the England team on becoming European Champions but whilst I am fully surportive of womens football there is still a long long road to navigate before there can be any comparison to the elite leagues throughout the world.
