Bound to be some serious discussion having seen & realised the news overseas. These are likely to take off now with some large trades from America. They also would be buying very close to the bottom price. You only have to look at their graph.

The talk of maybe delisting is just a proposal at the moment. The shares will probably still be allowed to trade direct with this company for up to a year as they stated.
So it's not really a reason to panic yet, they seem to be making money too. Cash of £17m approx.
Dr Clive Dix, CEO of C4X Discovery, said: "We have not taken this decision lightly, however, following an extensive review and deliberation to ascertain the most effective way to maximise Shareholder value in the longer term and increase the potential for the long-term success of the Company, the Board has unanimously concluded that it is in the best interests of the Company and our Shareholders to delist from AIM and re-register as a private limited company.

May well be valued at around £1bn.
Pleasing news that reeled much buying & now the threat of the fundraise around 4p - 5p approx.
Although I still hold, I don't think it's been fair to the recent investors. Some bought near to double today's price or 70% up on it as it currently stands.
Much buying today and I won't be surprised if total trades top 400. Their latest contract announced 8th, worth over US$200m over 3 years for a Turkmenistan gas field is the reason the share will be more in demand for recovery play. Believe 22.5p approx. will be the lowest we see Petrofac before the upside that is expected now. Seems to have started.
Your 2.65p was about the price that many investors top sliced or sold a chunk of shares at whilst fearing what would happen following their suspension that had been announced 'was happening' . Funding was an issue then plus GCM were still awaiting The Bangladesh Government to decide on what to do regarding their countries energy crisis. No decision by their government has been voiced yet. Very slow here !
How rich are they !
You bet The Bangladesh Government will take their time deciding whether to press the green button.
Can see this around the 6p price over the next couple of weeks. However I'm still holding. Maybe new investors should be careful as has been suggested already.
Hopefully as already mentioned Kier to join the Footsie 250 very soon. They also report in 5 trading days - March 7th and are meant to be re-instating their dividend, so exciting times ahead.
What a great idea. Happening now in Sheffield and Nottingham they said.

Yea & it's only 2 weeks today to await their report which has promised to be spectacular as follows ............................

The resumption was set to start with an interim dividend coinciding with the release of its half-year results.
"Kier has made a good start to the year, in line with our expectations," said chief executive officer Andrew Davies.
Funds was the issue when I knew I should be buying more. But I also want to top up at below 40p, but doubt you will get your 36p wish. There will be a frenzy of buying if they drop that much.
Correct with your guess. Their income on the gold pour haul to be less than $100k.
