Amtech - you are purportedly a seasoned investor and a few people have posted why there might not have been a TR1 from somebody like ICAM.

You seem to be all too keen keen to point the accusation finger at the BOD whatever chance you get and to be frank it’s getting pretty tedious, all you are doing is showing yourself for what you are.

An entity does not have have to declare a TR1 until they have finished buying - simple as that.

Amtech - I'm sure we'll see some figures towards the end of the year and hopefully the BOD illustrate their prediction of break even but that aside you cannot ignore what they are doing or just how the SP has reacted due to what the people who are buying know, there may be announcements before figures that illustrate just what they have done and what that will mean to the company going forwards, for me as long as they illustrate the overheads are drastically reduced and there is a good income stream to outstrip those and go into profit on an upward trend that is all we can ask.

Lets wait and see and who knows you may just even congratulate the BOD.

Given the amount of interest from what seems to be II's and HNWI"s i would say the future looks very positive indeed, i very much doubt people like this would be heavily investing in MOS unless they were confident things were going to get infinitely better over the coming weeks and months.

The rise and consolidation has been amazing with no sign of stopping, the burning question is whether PI's will hang onto their shares or be tempted to sell for them only to be swallowed up ?

Myself and many others who are LTH's wont be selling any as many feel it has a long way to go but its an individual choice and i cannot blame anyone who takes a good profit but they are quite a few kicking themselves for coming out too soon.

The trades are large in size Silversprings so someone is not messing about and still happy to invest in a company who’s Mcap has gone from circa £2.6m to over £23m - big investors don’t throw that type of money around on a whim - are you aware whether if foreign trades they get reported late ?

Very much doubt Icam are trading it but great for the company if some warrants are being exercised and money for the company.

The ball is playing itself - the man doesn’t want to admit it, you need to let your obsession with this company go as it is not good for your health, either invest and embrace it or leave it so it doesn’t eat away at you.

So either it is really getting under his skin that things are going well and he doesn’t like it ( my thinking ) or this is still the case but he’s trading it and making money, either way he won’t give the BOD any credit.

You may ask yourself why ? 🤔 that’s an interesting question !

My money is that it goes to before ME and NB took over the company - done nothing but call the company from day 1 and here he still is doing the same thing when we have turned the corner and on our way up.
