I didn’t disagree it was an RTO - what I said was you clearly don’t understand how a reverse takeover can work so your inference that the Mexican partners would be the major shareholders in MOS is in my opinion wrong.

Are you aware of what percentage MOS owns of the betting business ?

Have you done the maths with regard to what the percentage split might be in a bigger business between what is held by MOS shareholders and what is held by Mexican partners - probably not.

Sit down and go through it, this should lead you to the conclusion that MIS shareholders will own the “ Majority “ share.

If you think for one moment that Mark Epstein, John Barker , WA Technology, Lombard etc etc would be happy to be minority shareholders then you are mistaken IMO.
